Ok so probably not... Made you look though didn't I? Truth be told I really would not want to brake hard on this Pedal equipped peice of art. Sliding off that seat would be a very unpleasant proposition. Thanks to the Scooter Scoop for bringing this awesome chopped Tomos Moped to our attention.
