The Scooter ReviewClassic Review Criteria  Just a quick note to let everyone know that we have tuned the judging criteria slightly for the classic reviews. Classic bikes are bought for different reasons than modern scooters so we have adjusted the rating system to better reflect this. We have removed the "value for money" and "ease of use" categories and replaced them with "Parts Availability" i.e. how easy it is to get replacement parts for repair (as opposed to for upgrade purposes) and "Tuning Potential" which simply rates the potential to upgrade the machine and includes availability of aftermarket performance parts and accessories, along with how successfully the bike can be made to perform. So although the overall score is based on the same number as the main review sections the criteria and bias are leaning in a slightly different direction. Please keep this in mind when evaluating the scores.
